Shaw Communications is a Canadian telecommunications company that provides telephone, internet and television services as well as media services, including webmail.

To start using Shaw’s online mail service you will first have to create an account. After registering for the service or if you already are a customer and have your email information with you, then simply follow the steps below to learn how to sign in.

1. Go to the site’s email login page located at the following url: https://webmail.shaw.ca/uwc/auth

2. Enter your Shaw email address.

4. Click “Log In” and you that is it!

    Shaw support says we have internet connection and are able to receive emails – but guess what – cannot log in to our shaw webmail account – so what happening????!!!!

    • Hi Noelle, thanks for visiting our site. I think you may be trying to access your account via the wrong log in page, try using the link above in step 1 of the tutorial, it will take you automatically to the right page. If you still can’t access your account, then that’s probably because you are typing in the wrong information, or because you forgot your password or username, in that case you’ll need to click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow instructions to get back into the site. Hope this helps!

    Shaw web mail is not very good compared to others – g-mail is far superior

  3. Shaw is a pathetic company that doesn’t put any money into making it better for their clients, and definitely not cheaper. Hopefully the CRTC cuts the cord and casts these guys adrift. We need competition in Canada, not protectionism.
