NetZero email is a free webmail service provided by an internet service provider (ISP) in California that goes by the same name. The company that provides this service “NetZero” became very popular in the late 90s thanks to its unique business model, which at that time was to provide free internet access, mail, and information pretty much about anything to everyone through their web portal, where users can find the latest news, stock quotes, weather forecast, and more. Their email service, on the other hand, is probably one of the company’s most valuable assets, because it draws a lot of new customers every month, I, for exmaple, learned about the company because I’m constantly searching for new and improved webmail services that can make my life easier through more advanced and robust features.
NetZero’s free email service has many features that are worth noting such as my personal favorite which is video mail, they also provide video chat, mobile and web access, multiple addresses, advanced spam and antivirus protection, message center (read and write email from any computer in the world), create block and safe lists, large storage capacity, a user friendly and easy to use interface, and more.
