1. Go to the University’s webmail login page at:
– Students and Alumni Login Page: outlook.com/dukes.jmu.edu
– Faculty and Staff Login Page: https://exchange.jmu.edu/
2. Enter your email address in the first field of the access form located to the right side of your screen.
3. Enter your JMU webmail password in the second field.
4. Click the blue “Sign In” button at the bottom and you are done!
If you forget your password go back to the login page, click the “Can’t access your account?” link, and then follow instructions to get a new one. The password recovery process is quite simple and quick, so you should be able to reset your password in a matter of minutes, after that you’ll be able to access your account as usual.
