Queens Email is an online mailing service provided by Queen’s University, which is a public research university located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. This webmail service is powered by Microsoft Office 365 and it is only available for Students.

In this page you will learn how to access your Queen’s webmail account, so if you are having problems getting in, or, if you don’t know or understand how it works, then just follow the steps below and I guarantee you that you will be ready to start sending and receiving messages online in no time.

Queens Email Login – Step By Step Tutorial

Before we continue I first want to let you know that the sign in page for this service has changed its location, because as you probably already know the email service for undergraduate students was updated on January 26, 2013, and is no longer accessed using webmail.queensu.ca. Learn more about the upgrade here.

1. Go to Queen’s webmail login page at https://www.outlook.com/queensu.ca.

2. Type your NetID in the first text field of the access form that you will see in the center of the page.

3. Type your Queens webmail user password in the second field box.

4. Click “Sign In”.

5. Done!
